Nomads Junction
In Oct 2020, I partnered with Chef Josh Doran and Chef Daniel Le to open a pop-up NOMAD’S JUNCTION serving an Asian-inspired menu. Our friends Chef Stacy Tang and Willy Wang of Taiwan Bento in Oakland generously offered their restaurant to host our big endeavor. In addition to developing the menu and running the business, I also took the menu photos.
